Hi, I’m Phil Woolley, Director and Owner of NP Mortgage Brokers. I founded the business to provide more personalised mortgage options and straightforward advice because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to home loans. After 13 years in the banking sector, working across business, home and personal loans, as well as a full range of banking products, I’ve built the experience to help my clients feel confident every step of the way.

Born and raised in the Huon Valley, I’ve developed a deep understanding of lending and property in the area, which I bring to every client I work with. Outside of work, I stay active and healthy, enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, and make a point of maintaining a good work-life balance. I take the same approach with my clients — keeping things simple, clear and tailored to their needs so the mortgage process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
